Adam has had the privilege to work with athletes across multiple levels, including Olympians and those competing in the NFL, CFL, AHL, WHL, NCAA, USport and more. Alongside this, he works with everyday clients looking to move better, feel better, and return to the activities that matter most to them.
He completed his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, California in 2017, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (Exercise Science) from the University of the Fraser Valley (2014). He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Adam has pursued advanced training in concussion management through CCMI and Shift Concussion Management, and has continued his development in athlete rehabilitation and performance systems through Clinical Athlete, Altis Performance Therapy, ORKA Performance, the NSCA, and VALD Performance. His clinical approach integrates evidence-informed rehabilitation with strength and conditioning principles, focusing on long-term outcomes and injury reduction. Whether working with high-performance athletes or general population clients, his goal is the same: to help people move better, build resilience, and return to activity with confidence.

A high-tier athlete in his youth, Jonathan has always had a deep passion for sports, performance environments, and their power to impact lives and communities in meaningful ways. He holds a graduate certification in Sport and Performance Psychology and is currently working toward becoming a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP). Jonathan has worked in the field of Sport and Performance Psychology for the past eight years and has 28 years of experience in Mental Health. His strengths lie in his extensive knowledge and expertise in mental skills training, combined with a unique storytelling approach that makes concepts practical and relatable to people’s everyday life experiences.

Mark is a dedicated clinician who has been helping clients move better and live pain-free since graduating from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in British Columbia in 2020. With a background in powerlifting, bodybuilding, and track and field, Mark brings firsthand insight into the demands of intense physical training. He combines his personal experience with a deep understanding of anatomy and bio-mechanics to deliver individualized care that meets each client’s unique needs. Fluent in both English and Russian, Mark prioritizes building trust and educating his clients, empowering them to take an active role in their journey toward enhanced movement and improved quality of life. I believe in a analytical approach to sports and therapeutic massage. I work with my clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.
