At Forge Rehab and Performance Theraputic + Sports Massage, I believe in a analytical approach to sports and therapeutic massage. I work with my clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals. My techniques include deep tissue massage, myofascial release, stretching, and more.

Therapeutic massage is aimed at treating musculoskeletal issues, relieving pain and restoring function. It involves the use of various techniques such as stretching, active release and deep tissue work to target specific muscles and soft tissues.

Be prepared to go through a whole body assessment to help determine the root cause of the issue and pain. After the assessment, goals will be discussed and the main point of concerns will be addressed. At the end of your appointment exercises will be provided to help maintain function and target shortfalls. Weights and equipment will be available for use during these exercises.

Long term treatment plans will be discussed during the appointment. All treatment plans are goal oriented with a focus on movement and function. Science based exercises will be discussed and reviewed. These exercises can be used as home care between appointments. Follow up will be as necessary
